Getting started
- Add Super Duper to Slack from your workspace, then open the Super Duper tab in Slack to see what it can do.
- Invite it to a channel with
/invite @Super Duper, then mention@Super Duperin any channel or direct message to put it to work. - Connect your tools (optional), such as Google Docs, Notion, or Linear, so Super Duper can use your own context.

- Connecting and managing third-party sources.

- Adjusting which channels and sources Super Duper can access.
- Removing Super Duper from your workspace.
Credits & billing
Super Duper runs on prepaid credits. If you have a question about credits, usage, or a charge, email support@superduper.website and we’ll sort it out with you.
Reporting a problem
If something isn’t working, email us with your Slack workspace name and a short description of what you were trying to do. Screenshots help. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
