Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Super Duper, operated by Integrated Dot Tech Inc. By installing or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: support@superduper.website.

Accounts & eligibility

Installing Super Duper to a Slack workspace creates an account tied to that workspace. You must have authority to install apps in your workspace and be old enough to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to access data you’re not authorized to, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or send content that’s unlawful or abusive. You’re responsible for the content you direct the service to process.

Credits & billing

The service runs on prepaid credits purchased through Stripe. Usage consumes credits based on the resources a request uses. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and credit rates may change prospectively; we’ll reflect changes in the product.

Third-party services

The service integrates with Slack and, optionally, providers you connect (e.g. Google, Notion, Linear) and processors like Stripe and Pipedream. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its software. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and fulfill your requests. Output generated for you is yours to use, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete—verify before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and remove it from your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features. We’ll try to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid usage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrated Dot Tech Inc. from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
